At Yoga With Daniel Hood, we believe that healing extends beyond traditional yoga practices. Our studio offers a unique blend of yoga sessions alongside innovative therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen treatment and cold tub treatments. As a former football player, I understand the importance of nurturing both the body and mind. My journey toward mental and physical wellness inspires me to create a nurturing space that encourages the local community to heal and thrive. Daniel Hood

Welcome to Daniel Hood Yoga, where my journey from a footballer to a passionate Yogi inspires everything we do. Our free studio and yoga classes in Knoxville aim to provide you with the knowledge and health tools necessary for your personal journey. I've transformed my own lifestyle, moving away from unhealthy habits to a place of balance. Join me as we explore everything from breath work to Ashtanga, Yin, Power, and Flow classes. Embrace this path to wellness alongside a supportive community!

Dalton

Dalton began his career in New York, playing collegiate basketball at Alfred University while supporting athletic training for the university's teams. Driven by a passion for human performance, he earned a graduate degree in exercise physiology from Georgia Southern University and later a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ohio State University.

Dalton has published research on cryotherapy and cooling techniques, presented at national conferences, and worked at Ohio State Clinics and with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Now based in Knoxville, he offers one-on-one, patient-centered physical therapy focused on holistic wellness and individualized care.

Heather

With nearly 30 years in health and wellness, Heather is a licensed medical massage therapist with training in craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, Alexander Technique, and more. She holds a degree in nutrition, specializing in autoimmune and eating disorders, and is certified in hormone and gut health by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. A National Board-certified counselor and a 1000-hour certified yoga instructor, Heather offers individual counseling, group classes, and cooking courses. Her approach blends mind, body, and spirit to support holistic healing.
